This was a great day for the students at Ampil Peam!

Four of our classrooms had no fans and with no air circulating, the heat can be stifling.

The things we want to show & teach these children extend far beyond the classroom!

But the things the students teach us are so impactful that I find myself at a loss for words when I see pictures like these!

One of the many things we find so inspiring about our students is their dedication to learning. We teach at Ampil Peam Primary School where almost 180 students attend each morning. Their government requires attendance each day from 730-1130am. Then the children are dismissed back to their homes. Many of our students voluntarily attend a local NGO for 3 hours each day to learn English (Additional learning).

What a day!

We transported over 100 students, their teachers & some of their family, all the way to the beautiful Angkor Wat, so they could see a piece of their history, that up until now, they’ve only been able to read about in text books.
